Late 19th century hair crystal snuff bottle. This lovely little snuff bottle is well hollowed. The hollowing can be seen through the polished crystal to the interior, that has a frosted character. The bottom of the bottle has a collection of the crystal fibers from which the material takes its name. The bottle has been carved on both sides with a spray or branch of flowers carved in an incised style. The top is glass, and the spoon is ivory.
