19th century Chinese seal case made of horn. This is as very clever seal case that would have been suspended from a belt. The inside of the box is a single chambered case with seal paste in the lower half of the box. On top of the box itself there is a projection which is actually a carved seal. At the bottom of the case there is another projection that is intended to be another seal, but is without any carving or calligraphy.
