This small purba has the traditional design of Mahakala represented in the Tantric style with three faces. Above that is a finial for hanging. A vajra follows that, then the head of a makara is shown, and then the 3-bladed dagger that cuts through the cycle of birth and death called the samsara. This ritual item is for the purpose of meditation and transcendance of attachments to sense and pleasure.
